About this organization

To receive this financial assistance, parents with deafness (child with deafness or hearing) or hearing parents (child with deafness only) must send a letter including the following documents:

  • the reason for the request
  • a copy of the audiogram of the parent or child with a deafness (a deafness with a pure-tone average greater than 30 dB)
  • a copy of the father's and mother's notice of assessment showing income of less than $60,000
  • professional fees (include a copy of the quote)
  • the amount requested

The authorized amount will be paid monthly upon receipt of an invoice.
