About this service
Helping poor people with deafness who are going through difficult situations that could affect their health, their quality of life by paying for electrical appliances, clothing, food, etc.
To receive this financial assistance, the person with deafness must submit an application including the following information:
- a letter explaining the need to acquire consumer goods (food, furniture, appliances, etc.)
- a copy of the audiogram (a hearing loss with a pure-tone average greater than 30 dB)
- a copy of the notice of assessment
- a copy of the tender (only for movable property)
- the amount requested
