About this service
As part of professional training at the college or university level, support participation in training courses in the workplace in Quebec or abroad. (registration fees, specialized equipment, transport, accommodation, etc.)
To receive financial assistance, the person with deafness must submit a document that specifies:
- the reason for the request
- proof of registration
- a copy of the audiogram (a hearing loss with a pure-tone average greater than 30 dB)
- a copy of the notice of assessment
- a copy of the activity information (activity duration, time, price, etc.)
- registration fees, public transport, accommodation, etc.
- the amount requested
All documents must be sent by email, mail or fax to the attention of Mrs. Audrey Rodrigue.
