About this service
Support the acquisition of communication equipment and technologies in order to improve the quality of life of people with deafness who experience communication problems.
To receive this financial assistance, the person with deafness must submit an application including the following information:
- a letter explaining the need to acquire this equipment
- a copy of the audiogram (a hearing loss with a pure-tone average greater than 30 dB)
- a copy of the notice of assessment
- the list of equipment acquired (iPad, tablet, laptop, FM system, etc.)
- a copy of the submission
- the amount requested
All documents must be sent by email, mail or fax to the attention of Mrs. Audrey Rodrigue.
