About this service
Exceptionally, a possibility of paying the costs of professional services (psychology, therapy, lawyer, etc.) to people with deafness to meet urgent needs for social integration.
To receive financial assistance, the person with deafness must submit a document that specifies:
- the reason for the request
- a copy of the audiogram (a hearing loss with a pure-tone average greater than 30 dB)
- a copy of the notice of assessment
- a copy of the information on the services required
- a quotation of the price of the services requested
- the amount requested
All documents must be sent by email, mail or fax to the attention of Mrs. Audrey Rodrigue.
