About this service
Only for parents of children with deafness whose family income is less than $60,000 for the registration of one or more children.
To receive financial assistance, the parents of the child with deafness must send a letter that specifies:
- the description of the activity (the duration of the activity, the registration fees, the transport costs and the fees of an accompanying person equivalent to the minimum wage, if necessary)
- a copy of the child's audiogram (a hearing loss with a pure-tone average greater than 30 dB)
- a copy of the father's and mother's notice of assessment
- the total amount of expenses (include a copy of the quote)
- the amount requested
