Balance mission is to offer people with a mood disorder various services enabling them to break their isolation, to better accept living with the disease and to reduce its negative repercussions on the people and those around them.

A large proportion of the services offered by Balance are part of a process of reappropriation of power. Thus, Balance is an organization that allows members not only to reduce the negative impact of the disease, but also to prevent the aggravation or the appearance of problematic situations. Recovery, self-care and prevention are at the heart of our interventions.
