About this organization

NorWest Community Health Centres delivers primary health care and health promotion programs in northwestern Ontario communities. We serve diverse individuals and communities in the Armstrong, Longlac Kakabeka Falls and Thunder Bay areas, with a focus on supporting people who have difficulty finding health care services and wellness supports. We belong to a provincial network of 101 Community Health Centres. Our team includes family physicians, nurses, nurse practitioners, therapists, dietitians, nutrition workers, midwives, community health workers, harm reduction workers and support staff. Our services are confidential, safe and free.
