About this service
When our team arrives in a community, a temporary health care office is set up in a community centre, office, or other public building. The Mobile Health Services team includes Nurse Practitioners, Nurse, Foot Care Nurses and Community Health Workers. Primary care clients from communities served through our mobile health services program are also able to access services provided at our Thunder Bay location as required.
