About this service
The nurse and nurse practitioner will see clients on a first-come, first-served basis. No appointment is necessary and you do not need to be a client of NorWest Community Health Centres. Services are free with a valid Ontario Health Card. Please note: These clinics are not for medical emergencies. Anyone with a life-threatening illness or injury should go directly to the closest emergency department or call 911. We provide care for: Coughs and cold Fever Ear ache Sore throat Infection Pregnancy testing Sexual health Birth control Sexually Transmitted Infection (STI) and HIV testing Stitches and suture removal (for minor cuts) Hepatitis and tuberculosis (TB) testing
