NorWest Community Health Centres provides help and support for registered clients who want to quit or decrease smoking. We follow the Moving On to Being Free: 5-Step Smoking Cessation Program, which is designed to give you that plan and improve your chances of quitting. This client-focused approach provides support from the program so you don't feel like you are quitting alone.
