About this service
NorWest Community Health Centres has many services to support you with your mental health, including one-to-one therapy, peer support groups, workshops and group programs. Therapists work with you on your goals, and can help you learn new skills, tools and ways of coping with challenges such as: depression anxiety grief and loss life experiences relationships
Who can use it?
Therapy services are available to rostered clients of NorWest Community Health Centres. Clients of Aurora Family Health, Superior Family Health and Port Arthur Family Health Centre may also access services through the Team Care program by referral from their primary health care provider.

NorWest CHC - Thunder Bay - Therapy is open Monday 8:30am - 8:00pm Tuesday 8:30am - 8:00pm Wednesday 8:30am - 8:00pm Thursday 8:30am - 8:00pm Friday 8:30am - 4:00pm Saturday 10:00am - 3:00pm Sunday 10:00am - 3:00pm.
