About this organization

Mental Health Connections provides integrated psychosocial rehabilitation services through the use of Recovery Strategies in the Windsor-Essex County area to adults living with mental illness during their recovery process. The centre offers a welcoming environment in which individuals can strive to maximize their potential by accessing a variety of strategies for recovery social, recreational, health and fitness, educational, vocational, and peer support activities. Activities are offered both on-site and in the community. Family members of persons with a mental illness are also offered support and education in education groups, support groups or on an individual basis.

Services at Mental Health Connections are provided at no cost to the clients.
