About this service
Peer led activities are offered on a weekly basis, some of which include:
- Wellness Recovery Action Plan (WRAP) - peer led by trained individuals to provide tools and strategies to clients to help enhance the overall quality of their lives. Seven WRAP Courses were offered with a total of 70 graduates last year. A WRAP Support and Review Group is offered weekly for graduates of the eight week course.

- Mens Group
- Peer Discussion Group
- Personal Growth Group
- Independent Ceramics and Art
- Open Consumer Meetings - Held on a monthly basis to obtain feedback and input from clients regarding the programming at Mental Health Connections.
- Peer Advisory Group - A small group of specified clients meet monthly with management to discuss issues and opportunities.
