About this service
MHC embraces a welcoming environment in which individuals can strive to maximize their potential by accessing a variety of strategies for recovery educational, health and fitness, recreational, social, peer support activities and vocational. Activities are offered both on-site and in the community.
Self-Esteem Groups are offered in four-week sessions, with some led by professionals and some by peers, and include:

- Boundaries
- Communication
- Self-Awareness
- Spirituality
- Various groups focusing on understanding mental illness are also offered
