Wallace Wilson is a low-rise wood-frame building offering bachelor suites. The property does not receive government subsidies, so applicants do not need BC Housing registration numbers. Pets and smoking are prohibited.

In 1965, Wallace Wilson House opened thanks to funding from an anonymous donor. The building has shared laundry, an amenity room and a lovely community garden. Best of all, its located within a short-walk distance from Commercial Drive. Storage lockers and limited parking stalls are subject to availability and, unfortunately, there are no balconies.
