Mount Pleasant was previously owned by the Mount Pleasant Housing Society and operated by the Mount Pleasant Lions Club. In 2013, the group was looking for another society to take over the building, which provided a great opportunity for Brightside to increase its portfolio. The building features shared laundry, storage lockers and limited parking stalls.
