In 2013, Brightside purchased the 46-unit apartment building. The Board of Directors agreed that the building would be named MacLeod Manor in honour of then Executive Director, Barbara (MacLeod) Bacon. The building features shared laundry and an elevator. Storage lockers and limited parking stalls are subject to availability.
