In 2008, Londonderry was purchased with funds from the New Sites and Redevelopment Fund, a mortgage and $250,000 from each the City of Vancouver and the Province. The building has been converted to rent-controlled housing as market tenants move out. Londonderry has shared laundry and an amenity room, but no balconies. Storage lockers and limited parking stalls are subject to availability.
