About this organization

Since 1977, La Jonction's mission has been to help adult clients in the Quebec City region in their integration into the job market or in their preparation for a return to school. Increasing the employability, empowerment and development of the participant's autonomy remain our main objectives. The placement objective, which is always present, is seen as the result of a process of reintegration and integration into the labor market or a means of advancing the participant.

In our relationships with colleagues as well as with partner organizations and clients, we promote respect, integrity, openness and collaboration .
