About this service
We assist our clientele, people with criminal records, to target realistic jobs that correspond to their employability profile, while respecting the constraints related to the presence of their criminal record. We interact and create links with a multitude of employers while providing them with a qualified workforce that meets their personnel needs and their selection criteria, particularly with regard to the judicial aspect.
The services offered to companies are:
- Access to a pool of available and competent workers
- Reduced recruitment costs
- Submission of applications to employers
- Company visits with potential employees
- Evaluation of the hiring potential of our candidates and pre-selection based on employer selection criteria
- Accompaniment during the job interview
- Close monitoring of job candidates generally ranging between 3 to 6 months after job placement
- Support for candidates and employers offered at all times and possible intervention in the workplace during problematic situations
