About this service
Our program is individualized and adapted to the needs of the participants:
- Stabilization: aims to establish a bond of trust with the appointed worker, prevent relapse through supervision
- The preparation: Establishment of a budget
- Putting it into action: integrating a study program or actively looking for a job while maintaining what you have learned
- Consolidation: finding adequate and affordable housing, gradually integrating into one's living environment and developing a plan for leaving the Maison de Job
- Maintenance: Bringing the resident to maintain his achievements through a healthy discipline of life
La Maison de Job offers the following social reintegration services:
- Needs Assessment Service
- Social reintegration (three to six months) with accommodation in a single room
- Action plan
- Checkup
- Medical and nursing service
- Treatment of opioid use disorder
- Individual follow-up with a designated speaker
- Orientation to community resources
- Exit plan
