About this service
The program What about me? How is it going? aims to make each individual aware of the indicators of their own psychological health. It aims to make them think and take concrete actions to take care of them.
Having good mental health, asking for help and knowing how to find solutions when things are not going well are protective factors against suicide. In this sense, the program And me, how are you? aims to do prevention upstream of the suicidal crisis, before it occurs.
Program objectives:
- raise public awareness of the importance of being concerned about their psychological health;
- inform the population of the indicators of good or less good psychological health;
- communicate adaptive responses to distress (resources and healthy behaviours).
