About this service
Provide you with basic training on the rights and remedies that are recognized for service users under the Act respecting health services and social services (consent to free and informed care, access to and quality of services, etc.), the Public Curator Act (opening or review of protective supervision) as well as the Act respecting the protection of persons whose mental state presents a danger to themselves or to others (institutional confinement process and review).
