At La Jonction, the team of professionals in place performs an in-depth assessment to determine the person's employment potential and the realism of their employment objectives, based on their criminal record.
This assessment results in a personalized intervention plan to help the person resume an active role in society.
We also assess eligibility to apply for a criminal record suspension and assist clients in this process if necessary.
