About this organization

The Nourish and Develop Foundation is a charitable non-profit organization, located in Cannington, Ontario. Established in 2000 by the Slabodkin Family Trust, early activities were dedicated to childrens charities and other poverty alleviation efforts in Toronto. In 2011, The Nourish and Develop Foundations office opened in Cannington to fill the need for further community supports in Brock Township.

Over the past few years, TNDF has grown in more ways than one. We have added to our dedicated team of staff, recruited and trained new volunteers, increased and improved community programs, and researched and implicated new strategies to strengthen our community. Today, we support families and individuals through our Food Pantry and service hundreds more through our community programming.

Providing access to good food is just the beginning of our work. We believe that improving lives and building stronger communities is the result of working together with a sense of purpose
