About this organization

In January of 2018, Connections for Seniors was established with the overall goal of supporting older adults to thrive in the community as they navigate the journey of aging.

Older adults require unique and intensive support when it comes to in order to avail of and access social, health, financial, and legal systems.

Connections for Seniors' goal is to change lives. The work we do is aimed at providing a holistic approach to addressing barriers and challenges that are unique to older adults.

We've developed a system of support that allows us to respond to crises through advocacy, outreach, and well-established community partnerships.

Our team works tirelessly each day to develop programs and services that address social determinants of health, and support seniors to age safely in the community of their choice.
