Our Supportive Housing Program offers 12 individual rooms that are available for long-term rentals.
Emerging from a need for supportive housing designated specifically for seniors who have experienced homelessness, this program is designated to accommodate the growing aging population in our community.
Our Supportive Housing Program's objective is to provide safe, sustainable, and permanent housing to the older adults we work with.
The combination of affordable housing and Connections for Seniors' wide range of services aims to help older adults remain housed in a way that preserves dignity and fosters stability.
The ultimate goal of this program is to support residents to thrive and engage in the community, and to promote quality of life.
