Rent according to Affordable Housing Guidelines
Eligibility requirements:
Applicants must be 16 years or older living with HIV or AIDS
Be willing to work with staff to develop a service plan and to work toward the achievement of identified goals
Agree to sign a Tenancy Agreement
Services for our residents include:
On-going assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of service plan
Hands-on support and active listening
Life-skills teaching, including daily coping skills, social skills and the activities of daily living
Links to services and resources
Advocacy and referral
