The Elders Caring Shelter provides medically necessary accommodations to its elderly residents aged 55 and above who are homeless yet capable of living self-sufficiently and contributing to communal chores. These accommodations are available to valid MNA citizens who have to travel to Edmonton for medical services. Applications for the accommodations are made via a form, which can be downloaded and then emailed to the organization. The Shelter also organizes activities throughout the year, such as picnics and cultural events. The organization aims to build another shelter facility due to the current full capacity.
