About this service
Prairie Court is a Social Housing project, for low income individuals or families. Applicants must qualify according to the Asset Limits and Household Income Maximums (SHIMs) as set out by Saskatchewan Housing Corporation. Rent is calculated at 30% of monthly household income. Tenants may qualify for employment and/or heating allowance deductions, depending on their circumstances. A security deposit of $326.00 is collected for each unit. Tenants are responsible for all utility services heating, electricity, and water/sewer.
