About this organization

To promote wellness and balance to those we serve mentally, emotionally, physically, & spiritually utilizing our individual gifts & ensure we serve the people with honesty and respect in all matters.

Our organization was formed and incorporated in June of 1995, with the Marguerite Riel Centre opening its doors on June 8, 1998. In 2004 the Canadian Metis Heritage Corp. became a registered charitable organization. Original mandate of the Centre is: The activities of the Corp. are those activities that promote healing and wellness primarily to Metis and First Nations people in Northeast and North central Saskatchewan.
