About this service
This Senior Housing project is located in a quiet, well-established residential area, close to physicians and long-term care facilities. Caskey Place consists of 44 ground level, one-bedroom suites, providing housing for Senior Citizens or Physically Disabled persons capable of living an independent lifestyle.
Rent is calculated at 30% of gross household income, and includes heat, water/sewer, and laundry. Security Deposits are collected for each suite. Tenants are invoiced separately for electricity, and charges apply for parking and trash removal.
The purchase of tenant insurance is recommended and encouraged, for protection in the event of fire or other incident. Caskey Place, and all Melfort Housing Authority properties, are non-smoking, and pets are not allowed.
