About this service
This project is a family, non-senior and senior apartment building. It is located downtown for easy access to shopping, Post Office and banks.
There is a Physical Disabled unit for a persons capable of living independently.
Applicants must qualify according to Saskatchewan Housing Corporations policies and guidelines for Social Housing. The asset limit for a Senior household is currently $300,000 and for families $50,000. Rent is calculated at 30% of gross household income and includes heat, water/sewer. A fee for laundry and trash will be added on to your rent. Tenants are responsible for power, telephone and cable. Security Deposits are collected for each suite.
