The Painchaud House - Love Each Other

The program promotes the development of self-esteem by emphasizing self-knowledge and self-affirmation. It contributes to a better knowledge of one's strengths and limitations while nourishing a reflection on what positively and negatively influences one's self-esteem. It is aimed at men who wish to acquire theoretical knowledge on self-esteem in order to promote the development of their own self-esteem. Based on various activities, discussions between members and presentations, the program aims to help participants acquire a better understanding of themselves.

• Understand the different theoretical concepts related to self-esteem and recognize the different sources that influence its development.
• Increase participants' self-knowledge and ability to accept themselves.
• Increase participants' ability to assert themselves in front of others.
• Educate participants on the importance of having achievable goals.
