Inspired by the method of global intervention in sexology (MIGS) of Marie-Paul Ross, the recorporalization workshops allow women to release the traumas associated with prostitution and violence experienced.
Indeed, in order to survive, adapt and protect themselves from the violence suffered, many women come to disinvest their bodies and cut themselves off from their emotional feelings. Recorporalization makes it possible to remedy this situation thanks to the learning of accessible techniques for self-treatment.
The recorporalization workshops allow women to reconnect with their bodies and their emotional feelings, to improve the management of their emotions and to learn simple tools and exercises to overcome the difficulties and discomforts encountered independently.
