About this organization

Supports, educates and empowers those who are affected by or caring for a person with a life-altering diagnosis in order to achieve their desired quality of life. Programs include: pain & symptom management, psychosocial therapy, caregiver support, volunteer visiting services, education, wellness activities, pastoral care, volunteer and service provider training, transportation of patients, and an on site residential home for end of life care. Additionally, we enhanced our at home patient caregiver support by providing hands-on patient care training and education for those who are caring for their loved ones.
