About this service
Our Hospice also offers our Palliative Medicine Program to the Windsor-Essex community. This unique offering supports patients so that they can stay with their loved ones in their own home, with care from our clinical team. Our doctors, nurse educators, social workers, and spiritual care team provide support to patients and their loved ones through in-person home visits as well as virtual (video) appointments. This allows our patients to be cared for, at no cost to them, in the place they are most comfortable their own home.
