About this service
Living with a life-altering or chronic diagnosis is challenging. The Wellness Centre provides patients and their caregivers with activities that encourage, educate and provide respite from the many pressures that surround living with a diagnosis.
Additionally, the Wellness Centre provides outreach programs and services that offer comfort and emotional support to those most in need in our community.
With more than 47 programs and services, the Wellness Centre receives more than 400 visits a month from patients and caregivers. For a full schedule of current programs, please visit our calendar.
All referrals to the Wellness Centre are managed by our Service Coordinator, Linda Sabatini. Please contact her today at (519) 974-7100 extension 2202 to inquire about joining one of our many programs.
