About this service
We understand that sometime it takes years for survivors to talk about their experiences of both childhood and adult sexual assault. One of your option is to meet with one of our peer support counsellor to talk about whatever makes sense to you.
This service is free and confidential. We believe that you are the expert in your healing and our trained counsellors will help you explore possible options, safety plan, navigate other systems, set goals and learn healthy coping strategies on the road to recovery.
