About this organization

Quinte West Youth Centre is an organization catered to provide support and resources for youth between ages 10 to 18 in the Quinte West community. Having officially opened in the fall of 2011, its goal is to address issues facing youth through cooperation, sharing of resources, and coordination. The centre provides a welcoming environment where members can participate in various activities oriented towards their keen interests, such as art, cooking, sports, wellness, and more. Apart from leisure activities, they also provide resources and support for youth in need. A membership fee of $5 per year is required to participate in the diverse programs they offer. They move forward in operation with the help of staff from various backgrounds all focused on supporting the youth, and a Board of Directors working to secure the ongoing support and benefits for the youth in their community.
