About this service
The Quinte West Youth Centre (QWYC) offers a program named Fempowerment, specifically designed for individuals who identify as girls, aged between 12-18. This initiative is a 10-week program where participants meet once a week to explore various topics such as healthy relationships, self-care, confidence, social media usage, and healthy habits as opposed to diet culture.
