About this organization

Body Brave is an inclusive community where people 18 and over, can seek recovery from weight, food and/or body image issues. While we dont require any formal diagnosis, we offer professionally facilitated treatment and support for those struggling with eating disorders and for caregivers of those struggling. Body Brave now also offers training for professionals! We are not a replacement for hospital treatment and are low-intensity in nature. Body Brave is committed to offering innovative, anti-oppressive, online and in-person groups and workshops that empower, nourish and promote body peace. We are proudly LGBTQ+ friendly.
