About this service
Bumps & Babies is facilitated by SIRCH Community Services in Haliburton County and in the City of Kawartha Lakes. Transportation is provided, if needed.
Pregnant women and new moms meet as a group once a week on Wednesday mornings in Lindsay in the City of Kawartha Lakes and on Thursday mornings in Haliburton. Moms share their knowledge with one another, listen to guest speakers and get up-to-date information and support around pregnancy, birth, breast feeding, nutrition, growth and development and parenting. A nutritious meal is provided, and group members are able to access free milk, fresh vegetables, additional food and prenatal vitamins. Its a busy, fun, positive place to be!
