About this service
Parents with young children, 6 or under, meet weekly on Tuesday mornings in Haliburton. Parents receive information on a variety of topics, learn to cook nutritious food on a budget, and learn about other agencies and supports that can assist families with any issues they may be dealing with (such as finances, housing, legal, personal, vocational, or social). Childrens programming provides young children with stimulating activities designed to increase their developmental skills and build social skills. Life-long friendships have been forged at CAPC which is fast-paced, interactive and lots of fun!
Transportation, or help with gas, is provided if needed.
