About this service
Everyone has a blast at Healthy Busy Bodies, our interactive playgroup that runs every Thursday from 10:00 am - 12 pm. This popular program gives kids a chance to socialize and play, and learn to cook with their caregivers. We have frequent guest speakers and workshops on everything to do with healthy eating habits from nutrition, to dealing with picky eaters, to smart shopping, and coupons and budgeting. Participants get the chance to try new dishes, make friends, learn new recipes, and take home a grocery store gift card so they can make the recipe again at home.
