Bancroft Community Family Health Team (BCFHT) is a healthcare organization comprising local family doctors, Nurse Practitioners, Nurses, Dietitians, Social Workers, Chiropodist, Respiratory Therapist, Physiotherapist, Health promoters, and Administrative staff, providing comprehensive healthcare to patients. They have a variety of programs and services, including Cardiac and Pulmonary Rehabilitation, Diabetes Education programs, and a Medical Student program. In 2019, BCFHT teamed up with Bancroft Fitness to become more sustainable in a community where gyms struggle to remain open. BCFHT promotes healthy living and aims to provide the best possible care for their patients. They have been serving the community for over 35 years with innovative healthcare initiatives and disease management and prevention programs.
