About this service
Throughout the stages of our lives, challenges with mental health can affect our thinking, mood, behaviour and our physical wellbeing. This two part workshop focuses on learning about mental health, the differences between poor mental health and being diagnosed with a mental illness, stigma, and ways to gain support.
