About this service
The bass program provides intensive behaviour consultation for families and caregivers with children and youth with special needs to address the child's challenging behaviours and areas of skill deficits through a comprehensive functional assessment, developing a positive behaviour support plan, and providing a range of support, training and consultation services. The program also provides family counselling and parent support services. The focus is to help the child or youth and family: increase their natural and community resources reduce and replace challenging behaviours improve functioning in the home, school, social and community settings improve communication and connection with each other
