Rent is based on 30% of income or a flat rate if resident is on disability or income assistance. All suites are 540 sq.ft. 1 bedroom units with bathtub and shower. Two of the units are handicap accessible. All units are heated by electric baseboard. Hydro and basic cable TV is included in the rent. There is a central coin laundry room, and clubhouse for activities. Off street parking for tenants and visitors is available. No pets of any kind are allowed, nor is smoking permitted in the units.
